However, I think most of them try to translate the contents from the NS mannual, without teaching you how to change the core modules. For example, in wireless network, you may want to add error model to the links, replace the routing module or mac module, set up prioritized buffer queues, etc. A good tutorial or booklet should start with examples, but not concepts.
Maybe someone can try to read smallko's books. However, you should try to buy them from Taiwan province. They are not sold in mainland until now.
Another thing is, does someone have interest in writing such books and publish them in mainland? If any, plz contact me:) |
